~~I don’t think I’d be able to ride the elevator in peace later this afternoon. You see, when I was a kid, I had a mortal fear of riding elevators, because I thought the elevator buttons might lose control and we’ll plummet to the ground and get smashed into pieces. Somehow, I outgrew that irrational fear during College. Anyway, when I was going to the loo a few minutes ago, I passed by the elevator, the doors were open, and the elevator passenger box (is that what you call it?) is like, halfway the doors, and you can see two elevator technicians fixing something at the top of the passenger box. I know I’ve seen the whole elevator mechanism thing —- cords, machines and whatever —- in movies and lots of RPGs, but believe me, you don’t wanna see it in real life. Especially if you depend on the exact same elevator to go all the way up and down a building of 11 storeys.**shivers**~~
